Welcome! First Podcast (and it shows!)
Jonathan's NY Theatre Diary Podcast 1
Welcome, everyone, to my podcast. I've never done any of this sort of thing before and, as you will see from hearing the podcast, that I'm not the most articulate person in the world (haha), but whatever. I suck at improv. :)
Anyhow, as promised, here are some urls mentioned in the podcast:
The Summer Play Festival Website:
http://www.spfnyc.com
The Midtown Festival Website:
http://www.midtownfestival.org
Apathy: The Gen-X Musical Website:
http://www.apathythemusical.com
Grieving for Genevieve Website:
http://www.enavantplaywrights.org
Oberon Theatre Company (Feasting on Cardigans) Website:
http://www.oberontheatre.org
Spit It Out! Website:
http://www.twosidesofacoin.com
The New York Fringe Festival Website:
http://www.fringenyc.org
Finally, here is the email with which you can tell me not to quit my day job: (that's a joke)
jonsnytheatrediary@gmail.com
I'd post the url of the blog where you can view the show notes, but, duh, you're on it right now. :)
Enjoy!

Hello? Is this thing on?
Hello,
I'm listening to your podcast right now. Damn, you really know a lot about the theater community, but in my opinion, you're giving a lot of one sentence descriptions of everything, and in audio format, it's hard to keep track of every play/person/event you mention. Tell a story! everyone loves an anecdote.
OK, I'm looking forward to your next one...
Thanks for your comment! In my garbled mind I sometimes forget not everyone knows about the stuff I'm talking about. I'll try to do better in future podcasts!
